Learn a new yoga pose each week.

The benefits of the pose and the contraindications.
Example above: Malasana, squat or The Garland Pose.
Benefits: A great hip opener/ hip flexor stretch.
Great for pregancy!
Not so great for those that have undergone a complete hip replacement.
